Artist: AC Killer

Album: “A MINISTRY OF MUSIC”

This weekend I had time to listen to one of the well seasoned rap artists AC Killer. His newest album Ministry of Music has helped prove himself as a stand alone artist without being compared to Bone Thugs N Harmony, who he still honors in a few songs with features. However he’s not overshadowed by his fellow friends and is able to evolve within his music. I found that each song was different from the last. The beats were strong yet soft and soothing for the correct form of lyrics. I was hesitant with “Dear Satan ” as much as I wanted to skip it due to spiritual beliefs. I am glad I didn’t because AC Killer followed up with “Dear Jesus” and the message wouldn’t have been more powerful had I did.

I found myself in an upbeat and “feeling myself” mood with songs such as “Beyond The Scepter” “Krayzie & Bizzy (feat. Wish Bone)” and “Underground Legends Blais Mix (feat. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony)” His knowledge of spirituality and religion reflects in his songs. I enjoyed “Adam’s Regret (feat. Rachelle)” and the intro “Amazing Grace.”

I had the privilege to meet AC Killer in  person and found that he is very confident and loves meeting fans. His energy and stage presence is a direct reflection of himself and his mentors. I think this album is worth a listen to. He said he worked hard on it, I agree because the music demonstrates it and his ambition.
