“Hello I’m Josh, and this here is Ethan.” 👱♂️
“Nice to meet you Ethan.” 😊
“His a little shy” (Ethan hides behind his father) 🧒🏻
“Aww thats okay, I’ll just have to find someone to play The Avengers with”
(Ethan eyes lights up as Ms. Naomi dumps out a box of Avenger toys. She picks up Captain America)🦸🏻
“Yes! Iron Man is who I will go with.” 🤔
“That’s not Iron Man,” Ethan giggles.
“You sure?”
(He points at Iron Man on the table)
(Ms. Naomi looks up at Josh and winks)
“Well then who is this guy?”
“That’s Captain America.”
“Okay well can you tell me the rest of them?” (she hands him a couple more action figures allowing him to release his Dads hand)
(Ms. Naomi smiles at Josh as he leaves)
*Josh returns from work for pick up
“Welcome back Josh.” Ms. Naomi smiles🙂
“How did he do?”
“Great!” 🙂
(Josh sees Ethan playing with the other kids in the background and exhales 😮💨) “Good.”
(Ms. Naomi continues to smile and tilt her head) “Must be hard for Dads but I’m sure moms got it.”
“Moms, just as busy as Dad.”
Naomi frowns, “Aww I’m sorry.”
Josh shrugs, “That’s okay Dads got it.” 😎
Ms. Naomi chuckles, “I’m sure he does.”
******************************************************************************(Cell phone rings. Josh gets out of the shower) “Hello?”
“Hello Josh, this is Naomi. Sorry to call you but it looks like your payment didn’t go through. It’s probably our system or we wrote down the wrong card number. Could you verify your card for me?”
(Josh wraps towel around lower half)
“Yes, sure one sec.”
(Picks up wallet) 💳
(Kelly “Josh’s wife” hears muffle noises and walks in the bedroom)
“Okay thank you!” Kelly hears Naomi’s voice.
“You’re welcome” Josh hangs up.
Kelly asked in a concerned tone “Who was that?”
“I.Care Day Care” they needed our payment.
“Hmm I thought I already paid for Ethans Daycare online.” Kelly appears puzzled.
“I’ll check the bill 💵 when it comes.”
(Ms. Naomi finishes writing down card number in her apartment)
******************************************************************************(Josh drops off Ethan)
“Okay Buddy have fun!” (hands Ethan his backpack)
Ms.Naomi approaches “Sorry about the call yesterday.”
“No worries I’m just glad there is a place like this and Ethan seems to like it here.”
“Yes, he does. He’s a cool kid, and must take after his Dad.” Naomi moves left to right with arms behind her back.
(Josh chuckles)
“Well it should be his mom picking up today, Dads gotta work late.”
“That’s too bad.” Naomi appears sad. Josh waves at Ethan.
“Bye Dad!”
Naomi picks up Ethan. “Bye Dad!” 😄
(Josh smiles fades)

(Ms.Naomi takes Ethan due to Kelly running late. Kelly freaks out when she arrives at I.C.A.R.E daycare and no one is there.)
(She calls Josh, he calms her down and tries calling Naomi.)
“Hello Josh” Naomi answers.
“My wife is at the daycare and is saying no one is there?”
“Yes we closed at 6pm and I didn’t receive a call from Kelly and figured you were busy so I took care of Ethan.”
“Where is he??” Josh exhales
“He’s fine with me in my apartment watching t.v. I’ll send you the address.”
“I’m on my way.” Josh exclaims.
(Josh speeds to Naomi’s apartment and is relieved to see Ethan in the living room watching cartoons.)
“See his fine” Naomi says with a chuckle. “It’s part of my job at ICare daycare.”
“But this is your house, you gave me and my wife a scare.” Josh states nervously.
“I am so SORRY. I should’ve called you.”
“Well thanks for keeping an eye on him but we better get home before his mom has a heart attack.”’
Naomi whispers “No we wouldn’t want that.”
